The idea behind Body&BrainOpenYoga is to make yoga & meditation accessible to everyone. In our small yoga studio, personal attention is dedicated to each member with our instructor’s warm heart, especially for those just starting out on their yoga journey. With a smaller class size, you can benefit from an often more relaxed environment in which you feel able to experience deeper breathing and sensation in the body. Your focus level becomes higher.

Body&BrainOpenYoga was founded in 2016 in Mesa, Arizona in order to support and foster the sense of mindfulness and peace in the surrounding community. We offer a variety of approaches to achieve and maintain your optimal health. Whether you are experiencing pain or simply want to improve your physical and mental well-being, Body&BrainOpenYoga provides a healing and friendly environment to do so.

  Crystal Kim   A devoted Body & Brain practitioner for over 20 years. She guides a practice that is mindful of the physical, centered in breath & heart, and illuminates the spiritual depth that can be felt through the unfurling of the body. She is specialized in heart opening chants. She helps people realize their true value through creative sequence of heart-opening chants.

  Terri Kang   She is also a devoted Body & Brain Yoga practitioner for over 15 years. Her specialty is Brain Respiration and meditation guide that guides people to integrate their daily life and spiritual awakening. She is very enthusiastic about change and evolution of each individual, and connecting the soul and the spirit through yoga and meditation. Her private session is one of kind that individualized and focused upon each person's need and demand.

She is also a devoted Body & Brain Yoga practitioner for over 15 years.
